Chip Lake Park is managed by the Ravine Community Association and is situated on Chip Lake, a large shallow lake known as a bird sanctuary. It is home to 127 recorded bird species, including Whooping Cranes and Osprey, making spring and fall prime times for bird watching. The park offers 40 unserviced campsites, a day-use area, and a group-use area.
