About
Dante’s Inferno Park offers a unique recreational, ecological, and scenic setting with a recreational lake ideal for early season fishing, surrounded by basalt cliffs. The park features dry old growth Douglas fir forests, cottonwood forests, marsh, shrub streamside vegetation, and bedrock. It is also a habitat for various bat species, flammulated owls, poorwills, and a large population of aquatic insects.
