Welcome to the Crescent Bar Recreation Area, the hidden treasure of Central Washington. Owned by Grant County Public Utility District, the Crescent Bar Recreation Area has undergone a major face lift, completed in 2018. Central Washington Management Group based out of Quincy, Wash., is managing the Crescent Bar Recreation Area on behalf of Grant PUD.
