About
Birkenhead Lake Park, established in 1963, offers lakeside camping and recreation between Whistler and Lillooet. Expanded over the years, it now protects significant conservation values of the Sockeye Creek watershed, featuring old-growth forests and diverse alpine environments. The park is a habitat for various wildlife, including spotted owls, mountain goats, and bears.
